Led by Tim O'Connor,
Founder of Heartbeat LLC
Heartbeat LLC was founded by Tim O’Connor more than 20 years ago with a straightforward goal: make emergency response training practical, clear, and accessible for organizations across Michigan.
Tim is an American Heart Association certified BLS instructor, firefighter, Emergency Medical Technician, and member of the Kentwood Professional Firefighters Union.
He brings real-world experience to every class and has a track record of helping teams gain the confidence and skills to respond when it matters most.
